MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
The mechanical department is responsible for working with automation and fabrication experts to create the tools and solutions for our customers. There is a best tool for any given job, and our engineers' expertise and skills combine to deliver innovative solutions in real time.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE EVALUATION
Viable staffs an expert team of technicians and ASNT Level III engineers who have developed a number of non-destructive evaluation processes to support emergent issues for our clients in real time. The NDE team utilizes a variety of testing techniques to solve problems in field and on site.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Viable additive manufacturing experts have a number of tools and machines at their disposal, designed to fabricate quick solutions to solve a number of client needs. Our additive team designs and prints parts in minutes utilizing a wide array of materials from carbon-fiber composites to high-performance resins.
MANUFACTURING
At the Technology Application Center, we have access to the latest in cutting edge technology. Working here truly is an engineer's playground! From 5-axis CNC milling to EDM and laser cutting, our machines and manufacturing engineers ensure our clients' needs are delivered at the highest quality in a fraction of the time.
