What You’ll Do

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the 2nd shift CNC production team

Train and develop operators to maximize safety, quality, and efficiency

Overall administrative responsibility for the shift, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, etc.

Manage and coordinate production schedules

Operate in accordance with and maintain all safety rules, regulations, and company policies

Recommends changes in working conditions to improve employee performance and product quality

Actively participates in cross-functional teams to help achieve the department goals
